Apologies for any confusion:
The Highway on-ramps and off-ramps will remain open at all times. The Temporary Bypass Road serving the Sobrante Glen subdivision will remain open at all times.

El Portal Drive will be closed to through traffic. The road closure is between Barranca Street and the Church of Christ driveway. The detour is for vehicles normally taking El Portal Drive from San Pablo Dam Road to the highway or vice-versa.
